ENERGY EFFICIENCY
Energy savings and thermal insulation, in such a way that a rational use of the energy necessary for the proper use of the building is achieved. The building, in general, has an envelope adequate to limit the energy demand necessary to achieve thermal well-being depending on the climate of Mijas, the intended use and the summer and winter regime.

Isolation
The insulation and inertia characteristics, air permeability and exposure to solar radiation, allow the reduction of the risk of the appearance of surface and interstitial condensation humidity that may damage the characteristics of the envelope.

Lightning
The planned building has a lighting installation appropriate to the needs of its users and at the same time energy efficient, having a control system that allows the lighting to be adjusted to the actual occupancy of the area, as well as a regulation system that optimizes the taking advantage of natural light.
Hot water
The demand for domestic hot water will be covered, in part, by incorporating a photovoltaic collection system, which will be used, apart from providing electricity to the DHW thermal accumulator, to provide service to the rest of the electrical appliances necessary in the home.

Energy savings
The project offers maximum energy savings due to designed thermal systems and their energy efficiency, fuel supply, energy saving measures and integration of solar thermal or photovoltaic and other renewable energy sources.
